How long does the battery last?
Trag Tag
The Trag Tag battery lasts at least 6 months. You can easily replace it yourself.
Trag Card
The Trag Card battery lasts at least 6 months. The Trag Card is wirelessly rechargeable.
What is the difference with the Apple AirTag?
Both the Trag Tag and Trag Card work in the same way as the Apple AirTag, using Apple's 'Find My' network. The main difference is in the design.
The Trag Card has a flat, card-sized format, ideal for keeping in your wallet without the added bulk.
The Trag Tag , on the other hand, has a design similar to the round shape of the AirTag, but offers a local alternative with the same reliability at a lower price.
How much warranty do I have?
All our products come with a standard one year manufacturer's warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that occur during normal use. Should a problem arise with the product within this period, you can contact us for repair, replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
How did you find Apple's Find My app?
All our products are certified through the Apple MFi Program and work seamlessly with Apple's official Find My app.
You can easily pair the product by holding it close to your iPhone or iPad. Once paired, it will automatically appear in the Find My app, where you can track the location of the object the tag or card is attached to.
Can I connect to multiple phones?
Yes, both the Trag Tag and Trag Card can now be shared with up to five people via Apple's Find My app, just like the AirTag. This means your friends or family can track the location of the item, ideal for shared items like keys or a bag. The administrator of the associated Apple ID can easily set up this sharing.
Does the Trag card fit in every wallet?
Yes, the Trag Card is the size of a credit card, making it a perfect fit for almost any wallet without adding any extra bulk.
The Trag Tag , on the other hand, has a round design that is more suited for attaching to keys or bags, and is less ideal for flat storage in a wallet.

How does that work?

How do the tags get on Apple's Find My network? That's because we're part of the MFi Program. Apple has tested, reviewed, and approved the tags to operate on their network. You can read all about the MFi Program here
Privacy comes first
Only you have access to the location of your tags. Your location data and history are never stored on the tag itself. Devices that transmit your tag’s location remain anonymous, and the location data is fully encrypted from end to end. Not even Apple has access to the location of your tags or the identity of the devices that help you find them.
Our products are designed to prevent accidental tracking. If someone else’s tag ends up among your belongings, your iPhone will detect that you’re taking it and notify you. If you can’t find it after a while, the tag will play a sound.
Are you in a crowded place where other people are carrying a Trag Tag, Trag Card or AirTag? Don't worry. You will only receive notifications if the owner is no longer near the tag.
