If you would like to exchange or return your order, we are always here to help! You can exchange or return our products within 30 days. For the returned product, you will receive either a replacement item or a full refund.

Please note the exceptions to our return policy:

• All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Items must show no visible signs of use.

• Paired/linked devices cannot be returned.

To register an item for return, follow these steps:

1. Log in to our online return page using your email address and order number.
2. Select the products you want to exchange or return.
3. We will send you a prepaid return label via email.
4. Attach the return label to your package and send all items back.
