If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, you pay no shipping costs!

Europe

If you live in Europe, but outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, the shipping costs are €6.95 per order.

Rest of the world

If you live in a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, the shipping costs are €9.95 per order.

What is the delivery time?

The Netherlands

Ordered before 23:59 = delivered tomorrow!

Belgium and Germany

Delivered within 2 working days.

Rest of the world

If you live in a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, your products will be delivered within 5 working days.

Can I still change the address?

If you would like to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipment.

How do I return a product?

  1. Log in to our online returns page with your email address and your order number.
  2. Select the products you wish to exchange or return.
  3. We will send you a return label (postage paid) via email.
  4. Stick the return label on the package and return all items.

What requirements must my return meet?

  • All tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging .
  • Items must not show any visible signs of use.
  • Paired devices cannot be returned .
